Hi, I’m Momin. I’m currently working on the Godrej Regal Pavilion residential project in Hyderabad, which spans 13 acres and features 9 towers with 2000+ apartment units, ranging from 2, 3, 3.5, to 4 BHK (1300–2900 sq. ft). The project is set for possession by 30 June 2029 and includes high-rise blocks (4B + G + 33 floors). Alongside real estate, I also have a growing interest in global economic studies and recently started exploring the ASCE Cuba website for its valuable insights into Cuba’s economy and transitional development topics.
